“Operating Partners” are not employees or affiliates of Snowhawk and are often compensated by Snowhawk, its funds, or its portfolio companies. The nature of the relationship varies considerably; compensation can include retainers and expense reimbursements, such as for travel. Payments to Operating Partners are not deemed paid to or received by Snowhawk and do not offset the management fee or any other fee paid to a Snowhawk fund’s investment advisor. From time to time, Snowhawk adds additional Operating Partners who were not acting as such, and thus may not be named in Snowhawk materials.

Fraud Notice

The Snowhawk name, brand, and other publicly available information may be periodically misused in fraudulent schemes through which victims are tricked into thinking that they are dealing with Snowhawk personnel or investing in our products. These fraudulent tactics can be used in sophisticated email, social media, website, mail, and texting campaigns. These evolving tactics are intended to collect personal information, entice the victim to send money, or attempt to redirect wire transfers.
General advice:
• Snowhawk does not engage directly with retail customers nor offer retail products, such as investments or fund products, to the general public – either directly or through social media platforms or text messaging
• If you receive an unsolicited telephone call or email or social media outreach from someone purporting to represent us, you should take care not to provide any personal information. Snowhawk would not engage retail investors in this way.
• Do not respond to emails from an email address other than an authorized Snowhawk email – “@snowhawkpartners.com”, especially if you were not expecting to be contacted by Snowhawk.
How to Report a Fraud:
If you think you may have been a victim of internet crime or are aware of potentially fraudulent activity, please contact your local authorities. You may also consider filing a report with these U.S. government entities: • The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): https://www.ic3.gov/ • The Federal Trade Commission: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ • The U.S. Postal Service (for crimes involving U.S. Mail): https://about.usps.com/publications/pub300a/pub300a_v04_revision_072019_tech_024.htm
